On the conversation screen with a contact, tap the “+” icon to display a menu allowing to retrieve a photo or a video from your device’s photo album, or activate the device’s camera to take a live photo or video, and send it with an accompanying message.
A check mark 
appears at the top left of each selected picture, with the number selected indicated at the bottom.
Alternatively, you can tap the “Camera” icon 
in the “Type a message” field to take a live picture on the spot.
Another method is to open your photo album, select photos or videos, tap the “Share” icon, and select the twinme application. Choose the contact(s) you want to share your contents with, type an accompanying message and send.
